Fulfillment Policy

At GeoGrow Digital, we take pride in offering honest, transparent digital marketing services to local businesses like yours. My goal is to help you generate more leads and increase revenue through effective Local SEO, Google Ads, and custom website design. Here’s what you can expect when working with me:

Service Fulfillment

Service delivery begins immediately following our initial consultation call. During this meeting, we’ll assess your business needs and outline required services. By proceeding with GeoGrow Digital, you acknowledge that fulfillment has officially begun and that work on your customized digital marketing strategy has commenced.

Our Agreement

Everything we discuss — services, timelines, deliverables, and pricing — will be documented in a straightforward proposal. I believe in total transparency, so you’ll know exactly what you’re getting before you sign anything. No hidden fees or surprise charges down the road. This proposal constitutes our binding agreement once signed by both parties.

Payment Terms

Once we start working together, I immediately begin dedicating time and resources to your business’s digital marketing needs. Because of this upfront investment, all payments are considered final, and I don’t offer refunds after services have begun. This policy reflects the immediate allocation of resources to your project.

Cancellation Process

If you need to end our partnership, just let me know at least 14 days before your next billing date. You can reach me by email or through whatever communication method works best for you. If I don’t get that 14-day notice, I’ll need to charge for the upcoming month since I’ve already dedicated resources to your campaign.

No Guarantee of Results

I’m committed to getting you real results, but I want to be straight with you — I can’t guarantee specific outcomes. Digital marketing success depends on many factors, including your industry, competition, and even changes to search algorithms. What I can promise is my absolute best effort and complete transparency throughout our work together.

Limitation of Liability

GeoGrow Digital cannot assume responsibility for third-party platform decisions such as Google Business Profile suspensions or policy changes. Nevertheless, I remain fully committed to your success. Should such situations arise, I will provide support and work directly with you to resolve these issues at no additional charge as part of our ongoing partnership.

Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

By engaging GeoGrow Digital’s services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this fulfillment policy as part of our service agreement.
